We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to operate the platform and support members.

• Email address — used for account creation, login, and support communication.
• Telegram handle — optional; used for community access and support when you choose to link it.
• Trading activity data — when you connect a broker account, we may receive activity summaries for platform features and activity verification inside your member area.
• Name — provided voluntarily at signup, used to personalise your dashboard and support interactions.
• Device and browser data — basic anonymous analytics (page views, session duration) collected to improve site performance. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, or any financial credentials. Deposits and withdrawals are handled directly by your broker. We never see or store your broker login credentials or trading account passwords.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your SniperHouse account
• To verify trading activity for member-area features you opt into
• To provide education, community access, and support
• To respond to your support requests
• To send platform updates you can opt out of at any time
• To detect and prevent abuse of the platform

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share only the minimum necessary information with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Data is stored securely in encrypted form.
• Partner brokers — only to verify trading activity you choose to link for member features.
• Telegram — your Telegram handle is used only for community access you request. We do not access your Telegram messages.

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate member features you use. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated personal data.
